Requests are based upon unit availability. Vacant units cannot be held longer than 14 days.
Is there a security deposit and is any of it refundable?
Security Deposits are refundable within 30 days after move-out.
Do you accept Section 8 vouchers?

Are utilities included?
All utilities are aside from the monthly rent amount.
Is renter's insurance required?
Renter's insurance is required with $100,000 property liability
Can the apartment be sublet or listed on short-term rental platforms like AirBnB or VRBO?
Subletting, AirBNB and VRBO is not permitted within the community.
What are the hours of the clubhouse?
Monday-Friday from 8:30am-5:30pm, Saturday from 10am-5pm
What are the hours for the fitness center?
24-hour gate remote access
What are the hours for the pool? Is it open seasonally?
Hours of operation are 9am-9pm, closed Tuesday's for cleaning. Pool open year-round.
What are the hours for the business center?
Monday-Friday from 8:30am-5:30pm, Saturday from 10am-5pm
Is the apartment set up for working remotely?
There are built-in desks for easy remote work options.
Are apartments internet/cable ready? Is there a separate charge? How do I set it up?
Community is cable/internet ready with AT&T as the preferred provider. Contact information is provided prior to move-in with easy set-up by phone or online options.
How do I get my packages/do you have package lockers?
Community offers parcel lockers with a one-time fee of $35

2 gas grills are available within the pool area.
Do you offer valet trash service and/or recycling?
Valet trash is available Sunday through Thursday each week.
